NoteBeginner’s Guide for Scryde X2: Comfortable Start
Scryde X2 — the flagship server that differs from the usual concept of a "Low-Rates" server. You won’t need to search for locations where you can level up faster or level a dedicated buffer. The server’s concept is designed for comfortable and long-term play, primarily for solo players, but party/guild players are also taken into account.
The most important point: if you’re coming from x50/x1000 or other PvP servers — forget about "fast leveling and full gear". Here, the rhythm is different. This guide is a step-by-step instruction for players to help them develop their character, without forgetting about all available farming sources and not ending up with D-grade weapon at level 85.
The first thing we need to do is, of course, create a character with the most brutal nickname. And here you are, already in the starting location, while nostalgic music plays through your headphones or speakers, instantly transporting you to the atmosphere of 2007.
We open the inventory and are pleasantly surprised: the administration has already placed starter gifts
to ensure you don’t start completely "from scratch." We are greeted with the following items:
Armor Coupon (No-Grade) — Open the coupon right away and select the necessary weapon based on your archetype
Weapon Coupon (No-Grade) — Open the coupon right away and select the required armor.
Crystal Rune Level 5 (7 days) — Rune that allows you to equip items 5 levels earlier. A-grade at level 56? Easy!
Armor Coupon (D-Grade) — Use the coupon at level 15, thanks to the rune.
Weapon Coupon (D-Grade) — Use the coupon at level 15, thanks to the rune.
Warrior Rune (7 days) — Increases PVE damage by 10%.
Experience Rune 30% (7 days) — Increases experience gained by 30%. It stacks with PA and other runes.
Collector's Rune (7 days) — Increases EXP/SP/Adena/Drop/Spoil/Epaulettes rates by 10%.
Coupon for C, B, and A-grade gear after acquiring 2nd profession — Use it at levels 35, 47, and 56 respectively. Important: C- and B-grade have a mana limit, remember to unequip them when not in use. A-grade has no such limit.
Coupon for S-grade gear after acquiring 3rd profession — Use it at level 71, with no time limit for using the gear.
Cocktail Pack (5 pcs.) — Grants 3 warrior and 3 mage cocktails at once. Use it if you don't want to go to the city for buffs. Cooldown — 2 hours.
Soulshot (No-Grade) Private (6,000 pcs.) — No comments. It is immediately used when equipping No-Grade weapons.
Spiritshot (No-Grade) Private (3,000 pcs.) — No comments. It is immediately used when equipping No-Grade weapons.
Greater Healing Potion (100 pcs.) — No comments. Use it when something goes wrong, and you need to heal quickly.
Vitality Replenishing Potion 50% (5 pcs.) — Restores the Vitality bar by 50% of its maximum.
Vitality Replenishing Potion 100% (3 pcs.) — Fully restores the Vitality bar to 100%.
Scryde Signature Cylinder — To keep your style from the very start. Also protects you from the sun
Additionally, you can boost your character for a comfortable start with the 7 Shining Chests. These are special chests that, when opened, give you a variety of useful items and consumables that will greatly ease your start on Scryde X2!
There are 7 chests in total, each containing specific items and the chest for the next day. That is, by opening the chest on the first day, you are guaranteed to receive all the items in the list, plus the chest for the next day, which can be opened 24 hours after opening the first day's chest, and so on. The chest cannot be transferred. The list of items is presented below. It's also worth noting that the chest can be purchased only once per character.
[Day 1]
Coupon for Frost Weapon - allows you to get with 100% probability a special
Frost Weapon+0 of any type, which is No-Grade and equal in power to a C-Grade weapon (MID-TOP).
Either weapon grants +15% PvE damage and has SA. In addition, weapons can be sharpened with scrolls
Scroll Enchant Frost Weapon. which can be obtained from every chest and have a 100% chance of successful sharpening. Weapons can be sharpened up to +16, which will be equal to Top A-Grade weapons.
If your inventory has already been studied, chests have been purchased, and your first steps are taken, don’t forget to kill Gremlins along the way. After killing them, you will receive
Gremlin Fang. Take it to NPC Rin in the starting village. He will guide you and offer the most valuable quests for your start. The quest chain starts at level 1 with killing a Gremlin and leads the player up to level 85. It includes both important standard quests and unique new ones. As your character levels up, NPC Rin will offer various quests to help make your character even stronger!

Additionally, you can boost your character and increase your leveling speed with a Premium Account, which grants the following bonuses:
Reaching level 40 unlocks access to the following content:
Instances — One of the main components of modern Lineage 2, representing closed locations where players can battle monsters and raid bosses either solo or with others, earning a large amount of experience and, if you're lucky, very valuable rewards that can help boost your character or make a good profit on the market. The first zones are available starting at level 40, namely:
Solo Kamaloka (will appear on x2 in the next 2 weeks) — In just 10 minutes, you can get a large amount of experience and Kamaloka Essence, which can later be exchanged for items that make PVE grinding easier. The first Solo Kamaloka can be completed starting at level 40 in Heine with the Pathfinder Worker.
Hall of the Abyss — Can be completed in a group with a minimum of 2 players, and it is best to have a Healer and a Tank in the party. After defeating the Boss, you can also get valuable rewards and experience. All classes are actively included, so finding a group will not be a problem. Additionally, the Hall of the Abyss is required for the "Path of Wealth" quest from NPC Rin. The Hall of the Abyss is available from level 40 with levels 43 and 46 in Heine.
Labyrinth of the Abyss — Like the Hall of the Abyss, the Labyrinth is completed in a group with a minimum of 2 players. However, at lower levels, it is usually preferred to have a full party of DDs, Healers, Tanks, and other classes. Mages are less favored as they tend to run low on mana, but this is only an issue at low levels, as higher-level characters have better Mana Refresh. The Labyrinth of the Abyss is available starting at level 40 with level 49 in Heine.
"Quest for the Cube", also known as "A Special Order" — The quest is obtained from NPCHelvetia starting at level 40 in the Grocery Store in Giran.
Important: If the quest drops a step involving a manor, and the manor is disabled on the Scryde servers, you will need to cancel the quest and take it again — until you get the fishing option.
After completing all the dialogues with Helvetia, she will send us to Fishing Guild Member O'Fulle, also located in Giran. The fisherman kindly asks us to catch a fish (which can be caught directly in Giran), and then return for the Box of Fish.
After receiving the box, we return to Helvetia and hand it over — as a reward, we get
Wondrous Cubic, from which we can once per day retrieve items. These items can then be exchanged at any Warehouse Freightman in any city for weapon and armor enchantment scrolls. Use the scrolls to sell them on the market or boost your gear.
Fishing — Our servers feature automatic fishing. The fish you catch can be easily sold on the Giran market.
Now for some important changes regarding fishing on Scryde:
Now, when equipping a fishing rod and bait, an icon for automatic fishing will appear near bodies of water. Clicking on it starts the fully automated process;
No need to learn active skills, but to catch the fish you want, you must learn Fishing Expertise;
Using soulshots affects the chance and speed of a successful catch;
You can only fish with one character at a time;
When the fishing limit is reached, the fisher's concentration decreases, and the chance to catch fish noticeably drops;
1. The better the rod, the more fish you get!
Now, the grade of your fishing rod determines the amount of fish you can catch daily:
No-Grade = 20 fish per day;
D-Grade = 50 fish per day;
C-Grade = 100 fish per day;
B-Grade = 180 fish per day;
A-Grade = 250 fish per day;
S-Grade = 350 fish per day.
When the daily limit is exceeded, the chance of a successful catch decreases.
2. Don't forget to use bait
Bait increases your chances of catching fish and speeds up the catch!
3. The prices for learning Fishing Expertise have been increased
Learning the Fishing Expertise skill is now more expensive compared to the standard price.
4. Gems (Gemstone) can now be obtained while fishing!
Before fishing, make sure to have baits like Prize-Winning Fishing Lure or Prize-Winning Night Fishing Lure. You can obtain gemstones from the following fish:
Daily Missions — Each player, depending on their character level, will receive 4 daily missions. Completing them grants valuable rewards that help with progression and development.
For every completed mission, you are guaranteed to receive a Daily Mission Ticket, which can be exchanged for useful items:
Personal Farm — This is a unique new instance that allows each player to develop their own small farm. Access is available through NPC Rin at level 50. You will be able to:
Grow various plants and flowers;
Breed livestock;
Mine ore in the mine;
Develop and upgrade your House and tools;
Receive useful PVE equipment;
Acquire resources that can be sold on the market or kept for further character boosting.

In the current reality, the path to level 76 may seem linear and monotonous, especially for experienced players. However, it is precisely after level 60 that you face a choice — which path to take:
What's the essence?
Freeze EXP with the command .cfg, stay at level 60+ and start farming resources and Adena, taking your time with leveling.
Farming locations:
For example, Valley of Saints — stable Adena income (4-6 million Adena/hour)
Catacombs — Ancient Adena + stones, valuable for reselling.
Additionally: Mammon in Giran — every day you can buy 500,000 AA for 2,000,000 Adena and resell it for a profit.
"A samurai has no goal — only the path to level 85."
Who is it suitable for?
For classes where weapon grade doesn't matter.
For players who care more about the level than character boosts.
What's the essence?
On Scryde X2, fast leveling is possible through dynamic rates and quests from NPC Rin, as well as leveling in parties in zones like LoA and instance zones.
Recall that coupons for A and S-grade gear are given, but weapons often remain C- or D-grade.
Advantages:
You’re already 76+, while farmers are still stuck in the Catacombs or Necropolises.
For classes like Tanks, Healers, Buffers, and Bards, gear is more important than weapons, especially in parties. Dagger classes continue to deal damage with abilities, even with simple weapons.
Disadvantages:
At high levels, mobs are stronger, and without good weapons, it’s hard to level up solo.
You’ll often have to rely on parties or wait in queues for instances.
It doesn't matter whether you choose the path of the samurai or the experienced market trader, content after receiving the 3rd profession is available to everyone without exception.
Level 75: Quest for sub-class (Fate's Whisper) to learn sub-skills;
Instance with Twins Raid Boss (75-82 levels) available.
Level 76: Olympiad 1v1 and 3v3 (mainly up to level 84-85). Earn tokens for battles and use them to purchase valuable items and gear from the Olympiad Manager.
Level 77: Quest "New Dynasty" from NPC Rin. It introduces the process of obtaining Dynasty gear through three main quests. Complete any of them to receive a reward.
Levels 78-81: Quest "Wild Hunt" from NPC Rin. Kill 5000 creatures in a large-scale hunt. The stronger the monster, the more marks you earn for the kills;
Available High Zakens from level 78.
Level 79: Access to a new Abyss instance opens — a place where every warrior faces a trial that tests his strength and skill. You can enter the instance daily, with the reset at 6:30 AM;
Additionally, the first quests from the epic "Seven Seals" quest chain become available. The first quest can be taken from NPC Croop in the Town of Oren.
Level 80: Instance with Frintessa Raid Boss available, as well as access to Moirai equipment;
The doors to the Hall of Illusions open.
Level 81: You can continue the "Seven Seals" quest chain, and access to Abyss Labyrinths of levels 81 and 83 is unlocked.
Level 82: Access to Ordinary and Bless Freya, as well as the quest "Handle With Care" (Holy Crystals and S-Grade enchantment scrolls).
Level 83: Easy farming of ATT stones, for example, in Dragon Valley, but it is mostly a transition level.
Level 84: With medium S84-Grade gear boost, you can try your strength in locations such as Garden of Genesis, Tantar, LoA/SoA (mostly in parties).
Level 85: The Trial Arena — a new party instance for players 85+, where players will face waves of fierce Raid Bosses. In one stage, players will fight 4 bosses or 1 elite boss;
Quest for 7 Raid Bosses, where the reward is Vesper Weapons;
A higher chance to join clans and participate in battles in Divisions 1-3 (learn more...).
