Lethal Strike has to have a better chance of taking on knights, and classes that have a lot of defense and a lot of life .. this is in the game .. you reduced or removed the chance to enter Lethal Strike from Adventurer, Fortune Seeker, Ghost Hunter, Wind Rider ?!
Evasion of the dagger against knights does not work, Lethal does not enter, it is very badly configured, ridiculous that, very unbalanced.

Hello, Lethal Strike has a correct chances.
Evasion also works correctly, you should know that the minimal chance of Evasion is 30%. That means, that even you'll have 100000 Evasion, the chance chance of a successful hit will not be less than 30%
