Scryde X will have three Divisions. Entry is through NPC:
NEW! Limitations on the number of clan participants in divisions introduced:
| Division 1, all clans can visit. | 180 people (20 parties) |
| Division 2, all clans except Division 1 can visit. | 99 people (11 parties) |
| Division 3, all clans except Divisions 1 and 2 can visit. | 54 people (6 parties) |
Since divisions are isolated instance zones - entering beyond the established limit is not possible.
[Changes made] Number of essences in divisions has changed:
| Division 1 | Total:
26,000 Boss Essences and
26,000 Epic Essences, of which:
earned in PvP - 15,000
earned in PvE - 11,000 |
| Division 2 | Total:
10,000 Boss Essences and
10,000 Epic Essences, of which:
earned in PvP - 6,000
earned in PvE - 4,000 |
| Division 3 (Does not compete for epic jewelry) | Total:
6,000 Epic Essences, of which:
earned in PvP - 4,000
earned in PvE - 2,000 |
- Comeback system (returning to instance based on Boss HP %) is disabled, now entry to the lair is possible without waiting;
- Division entry opens 30 minutes before the announced Boss respawn (for example, if respawn is expected at 8:00 PM, entry will be available from 7:30 PM) and closes 30 minutes after Boss death;
- There are no other entry restrictions, the division structure now acts as a "gatekeeper".
Boss Essences are earned by the same formula as Epic Essences
NEW! Essence distribution mechanism significantly reworked:
We've considered all exploitable aspects of the previous distribution system (by PvP + PvE damage) and created a new distribution formula that completely relies on PvE damage to the Boss.
- PvP essences are now calculated by the formula "% of all PvP * PvE damage coefficient", meaning a clan with 10,000 PvP but 0 damage to the boss receives 0 PvP essences. Now PvP essences are directly tied to Boss damage. (Abusing PvP at the port spot no longer makes sense)
- PvE damage is now counted even if the clan isn't nearby and even if the clan isn't in the Division instance. All damage dealt by the Clan is permanently counted in the final statistics. (AFK lying under the boss no longer makes sense)
- PvE essences don't depend on PvP, all damage to the boss directly converts to Essences.
- Essence compensation mechanism for fighting against Alliances - disabled.
What hasn't changed:
- After Boss death, all players see the final essence distribution, ensuring transparency;
- Essences are awarded only if the Boss was killed, in case of failure no rewards are given;
- Maximum number of essences one clan can receive in a Division is 90% of the total pool;
It's not uncommon when 1 side dominates within a Division, leaving no chance for all other division participants.
We're introducing the "NON GRATA" system, now the dominating clan is highlighted to all division participants as a priority Attack target.
What this means and how it works:
A clan that holds first place in the division PvP table while ahead of the second clan by X points receives a special status and becomes hunted. Now any kill of a NON GRATA clan member is rewarded with increased PVP points.
| Point difference between 1st and 2nd place | Status | Point multiplier for killing players with status | Status retention |
|---|
| 700 PvP | NON GRATA | X2 | Until gap of 249 points |
| 2000 PvP | EXCOMMUNICADO | X4 | Until gap of 999 points |
After status assignment, a special symbol
appears above all clan members, and all Division participants receive a global announcement about the Hunt beginning.
Epic Division Essence - personal essences for Division participants.
Each division participant will now receive a personal reward for their contribution in the battle for Epic. Calculation occurs simultaneously with Boss death.
- Each boss will have its own pool of personal essences, they are distributed depending on PVE damage dealt to the boss and depending on the PVP sides ratio.
- Within the clan, essences are distributed automatically, depending on: player class (Support classes, tanks, healers - have increased coefficients), as well as Gear Score (the higher it is relative to other clan members, the more essences can be received). DD classes receive bonuses for PVP damage dealt.
- Personal essences can be spent in the division shop on useful consumables. All valuable items in this shop are personal and non-tradeable.
Entry to divisions is in different parts of the game world, through Division Entry Device:
- Division 1 (Big War) — Aden Town / Goddard Town / Rune Town;
- Division 2 (Mid War) — Hunter Village / Dion Town / Gludio Village.
- Division 3 (Low War) — Oren Town / Heine / Schuttgart Town
Especially for Mid-War clan participants, we've prepared our own Epic Bosses. There will be 3 Epic Bosses in total:
Salamander
Now located under Western Border Outpost fortress, near ABG
Baphomet
Now located in Seal of Shilien, near Cemetery
Belial
Now located in the center of School of Dark Arts
- All three Bosses are located in isolated instances, entry to which opens 30 minutes before respawn begins;
- Entry to Bosses is through Division Entry Center in Hunter Village, Dion Town and Gludio Village;
- Instance access will be available to all clans that submitted an application and it was approved by administration after review
- Big-War clans have a server-wide ban on instance entry, the Big-War list is moderated by project administration;
- Bosses have a reduced amount of Essences compared to Grand Epic Bosses.
- Each boss respawns simultaneously with a Grand Epic boss (Queen Ant / Orfen / Core);
- In the first weeks after server launch, Division 2 will be disabled
- Division distribution will be performed by administration based on the results of the first weeks
Istina (Boss for Division 3)
Located in special location Pa'agrio Ruins
- No registration required for participation, all clans that are not registered participants of Division 1 or 2 can enter.
