Remove the overlap of debuffs because its impossible play vs some classes that have 100% debuffs like SPS / Trick / DB and others ..

Or just make the landrate of debuffs normal... not 100% bleeds/ all dot debuffs.

For those who dont know what debuffs overlap means:

when DISARM is on target DONT ALLOW a new disarm to land otherwise it will be endless because the land rate of Disarm is like 90% and 20s duration means that DB can use 3 more disarms before it ends and so WILL NEVER END.

Every mediocre/low doombringer can keep enemy perma disarmed and win without problems.
