Reclass bug or?

Hello everyone,

I recently did a reclass on my character. Before the reclass I had 3 subclasses at level 55 , but after changing my character to a Female Soulbreaker , I didn't receive the 3 certified subclass scrolls that I was expecting.

Is this normal after a reclass, or could this be some kind of bug? Has anyone experienced the same situation or knows how it works on the server?

Any information or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Had the same issue but this is a visual (UI) bug. Try to update game client and you will find out it in the inventory

Probably your current game client has no such files for this type of items
