@Adutrix we ignore this bug right? because its a mage bug so its ok? An answer from staff just once a month maybe would help.

No one ignores bug reports, and even more so for the reason that they are associated with magicians or any other classes but there is tech support for that. If you think that some skill or skill is not working correctly, then please contact to them with all the information provided ttps://ruscryde.net/help. I wrote about this bug and make a test for a GM is matter of 2 min.
GM log in, heal without heal empower then heal with heal empower and see the bug, less than 2 min.
The thing about ignoring Mage problems is real since its almost 2 years that debuffs are 100% from mages and debuffs 100% didnt even exist on PTS russ, this is an edit made in scryde the debuffs 100% land rate from Mages.
.... and after 50-60 topics about mage debuffs problem, after years and years, still NOT even the shadow of half fix. This is called "ignore the problem" I guess.
