So yesterday I was watching Olympiads and I noticed (as always) that nukers heal themselves like prophets and I was thinking if there is some kind of problem with talis or LS that give extra heals.
Talis seem to be all working good according to the "Holy Site" that u guys use to take infos about skills.
BUT .... always according to that site Passive: Heal Empower is bugged.

Here it says that Passive: heal empower increases the power of heals by 20 BUT in facts I tested it this morning and without any item equipped except a weapon with this Passive LS, the Heal power increased by 38 and not 20. (exactly from 223 to 261).
Then if u add the % from Epic jewels and other things this bonus becomes even bigger while it should be a static boost of +20 HP according to the site.
Am I wrong? Mr @Moonya ??
