Scryde x1000 Healer hits more than mage

I play spectral master and I have tried few fighter classes and all I can see in olympiad is healers became somewhere between tank and sts.
Look at this damage from hierophant, I removed his empower with mage bane.

Any healer on this server can go 1v1 with mages and win by just exchanging hits ... Its so wrong for a healer to erase 100% pets, trance a lot and hit more than any mage. I`ve seen storm screamers doing less damage than Hierophant and he doesnt even have high dmg compared to dark elf who hits 4k + and just 2 shot his enemy ... as healer.

Already people left olympiad because of those problems and 100% disarm and they wont come back if nothing is done.

What about classes like MM or SLH? I see healers 3 shot them.

what about dmg on other classes? forget PS, duelist take 3-4k+ from healers in m crit.
