Bugs
Bugs are not just problems and inconveniences; they are also opportunities. We've always tried to thank and motivate players for helping us improve our product. Now, the time has come for an official program.
To make the program more fair and transparent, let's divide the issues into categories and determine the rewards that can be earned for each one.
These are errors that have no significant consequences. Such bugs include typos in item, monster, or location descriptions; issues with outdated or minor Raid Bosses, NPCs, or game mechanics; and geodata errors in unpopular or insignificant locations. The standard reward for bugs of this kind is 50 to 100 Gold Coins.
This category includes issues that affect gameplay and inconvenience players but do not cause serious harm to a specific server or the project. Examples include minor problems with locations, skill mechanics, or bosses. The standard reward for bugs of this type is 300 to 10,000 Gold Coins.
Examples of such issues include improperly functioning skills that give players an advantage, inconsistencies in monster stats, loot, or experience, and bypassing textures or territorial restrictions.
These are server issues that can cause serious damage to the economy, server stability, or player comfort. Examples include bugs that critically affect pricing policies, territorial war outcomes, castle sieges, or epic boss battles. The standard reward for bugs of this kind is 10,000 to 100,000 Gold Coins.
Examples include the ability to farm items unavailable to others or in quantities unreachable by other players, participating in the Olympiad with a custom set of buffs, or capturing a castle or flag in a territorial war using textures or other game flaws.
These are issues that can lead to server hacks, irreparable errors, server wipes, or server shutdowns. The standard reward for bugs of this level ranges from $1,000 to $10,000.
Examples include the ability to remotely execute arbitrary code on the client or server, unauthorized actions with the database through SQL manipulation, injecting malicious scripts into web pages interacting with game APIs, or vulnerabilities that allow duplication of items or resources.
