@Adutrix some skills completly reworked / edited from retail now BUT u still dont touch the problem with transfer skill celestial shield that every burner use on target with a 99% chance to block LF. Why?

This is a very very big problem this celestial shield every olympiad. Why dont ban the use of this skill on enemy?
