Scryde x1000 Agilaz Banned?

Today we will talk about an event that took place yesterday at ~16:00 Moscow Time during the Capture the Flag event. Character Agilaz received a critical error while playing in the event, and I later realized that all my accounts had been banned (one account belonged to a friend, which I had logged into to complete the Lord protection quest for him). I logged in to https://scryde.net/ and saw this:

I submitted a ticket regarding the ban, and their response was as follows:

You say that both characters were logged on the same computer, which is unlikely. What do you mean by "both characters"? Soultaker and his pet? Reanimated Man(PET) has his own IP?
Secondly, how is it possible to say that I did pvp boost when I am in funzone and at that specific time, we are doing the same 5 pvp between us the whole time.
Did you count my pet kills too? Should I leave Soultaker's pet alive next time so I don't get banned? Hmmmmmm

Okay, let's say all these are just assumptions. How is it possible that this particular guy is still playing the game, when you banned my 22 accounts?
Have you considered that maybe you need to make some changes to your team? Have you considered changing the subscription you pay for to see the IP/MAC addresses?

You are a big company, which I decided to join in January 2024, playing both x1000 and x50, wasting my money and, more importantly, my time.
I am really disappointed. This is ridiculous.

BHE-ZAKOHA = another real player.

Reanimated Man = a summon/pet of BHE-ZAKOHA (like Dark Avenger's panther, necro summon, reanimated zombie, etc).

So in the chart:

It's logging kills where Agilaz killed either the player BHE-ZAKOHA directly, or his pet (Reanimated Man).

The log just lists them the same way: killer → victim → HWID/IP signature.

Since the summon “belongs” to BHE-ZAKOHA, the server records the pet's death as if it's another “character” being killed.

That's why the table looks like Agilaz was repeatedly farming “Reanimated Man,” but in reality, that's just him killing the other guy's summon again and again.

The confusion: The admins are treating “Reanimated Man” as if it was a second boxed character controlled from the same HWID. But actually, it's tied to BHE-ZAKOHA's HWID, not Agilaz's. That's normal — a summon's hardware signature will always match its owner's, because it's not a separate client.

So the chart is not proving dualbox from Agilaz's side. It's proving that most of the PvP logs were him killing another player's pet/summon repeatedly, which the system misinterprets as “feeding.”
