Re-entry Tickets for instant-zones

Dear players,

Many of you have encountered confusion regarding the mechanics of re-entry tickets for instant-zones. Let's clarify how it works and why issues sometimes arise.

1. When you complete an instance, a cooldown (CD) is applied to your character and other characters on your account based on HWID.
2. Using a ticket removes this cooldown based on HWID, but not for all characters.

1. After using the ticket, you will be able to re-enter the instance only on the character that activated the ticket.
2. Other characters on your account will still have the cooldown active and will not be able to enter the instance until the cooldown expires.

• Cooldown not resetting after using the ticket: This is normal, as the ticket removes the cooldown based on HWID but not for the other characters.
• Cooldown reappeared after the restart: Using the ticket implies that the player who used it is expected to immediately re-enter and complete the instances they have already cleared.

In other words, the ticket allows re-entry to the instance only for the character that activated it. The other characters on your account remain under the cooldown effect until it ends.
