Level 4 and 5 gems have a different icon from levels 1/2/3.Important! Only levels 1–3 of a gem’s effect work in the Olympiad. If you equip a level 4 or 5 gem, the effect is automatically reduced to level 3.
Gems are upgraded using enchant scrolls (like weapons or armor). There are 3 types of gem scrolls in the game:
- Gem Enchant Scroll – Success enchants +1. On failure, the player receives Crystals. Breaking a Common gem gives Gem Pieces, breaking a Rare gem gives Gem Powder.
- Blessed Gem Enchant Scroll– Success enchants +1. On failure:
- Level 1 → 2: keeps level 1 gem
- Level 2 → 3: returns level 1 gem
- Level 3 → 4: returns level 2 gem
- Level 4 → 5: returns level 3 gem
- Destruction Gem Enchant Scroll – Success enchants +1. On failure, you keep your gem.
Starting from gem enchant level 3, SoulShot animation changes:
