Auctions are arenas for clan conflicts where clans fight not only for ownership but also for combat advantages! All Clan Halls participate in the auction, except for the ones being captured:
— Fortress of Resistance
— Bandit Stronghold
— Devastated Castle
— Wild Beast Reserve
— Fortress of the Dead
— Rainbow Springs Chateau
To participate in the auction, you need to place a bid with the NPC Auctioneer in any city. To participate in the auction, each clan must have a minimum amount of resources - 30 billion adena and 5,000 clan Prestige(constantly). After the bid is made, 30 billion adena and clan Prestige will be deducted from the clan. If a bid is cancelled, 10% of the participant's bid is lost. After winning the Clan Hall auction, all bids lower than the winning bid will be returned to the Clan Hall with a 10% deduction. Bids can only be made after the restart on Sunday. Auctions take place weekly for available Clan Halls.
Every 168 hours(from getting a clan hall), the rental fee for the clan hall is deducted. If there is not enough clan Prestige, the hall will become the property of the city. The rental fee depends on the level of the hall and the activated functions. When switching to another hall, achievements, including level and functions, are retained. Purchasing functions activates them immediately, increasing the rental fee, which will be deducted the following Sunday at 20:00.
By default, the Clan Hall is at level 0. To unlock Clan Hall functions, its level must be increased. Higher levels unlock more available functions for research. To level up the Clan Hall, a certain amount of Clan Prestige, as well as crystals and gems, are required. There are a total of 5 levels for the Clan Hall:
Tax is a weekly fee imposed on the Clan Hall, which is accumulated from each currently active function. The more functions of the Clan Hall that are active, the higher the weekly tax. The tax consists of Clan Prestige + resources/items. On the main page under the Clan Hall Management tab, you can track how much Prestige and resources each function consumes. If a clan is unable to pay the weekly fees for clan functions, all functions will be disabled, and the Clan Hall will be transferred to an NPC. The tax is levied from the Clan's Storage.
- New teleport points, including direct teleports to spots in LoA, Genesis Gardens, Pagan and SoA.
- Passive accumulation of Fame in farm premises
- New Clan Hall buffs, including: Pride, Freezing Skin, improved PoF (+ crit chance 20%), etc.
- Increased chances of enchanting in farm premises
- 5 levels of the Clan Hall store, with an updated assortment of goods at each level. The main currency is Glory Coin:

- Greed – increases Adena/Drop/Spoil/Eppaulets rates by 3% / 6% / 10% / 15%
- Hunter – increases PvE damage and PVE Defense by 3% / 5% / 7% / 10%
- Clarity – reduces MP consumption for all skills by 5% / 7% / 10%. Increases MP regeneration by 5 / 7 / 10.
- Elementalism – increases defense against all elements by 15 / 30 / 45 / 60
- Treatment – increases healing power by 2% / 4% / 7%
- Savage – increases damage in PvP by 1% / 2% / 3% / 4% / 5%
- Reinforcement – increases shield defense by 10% / 15% / 25%.
- Ghost Form – increases evasion by 1 / 3 / 5, + chance of not receiving magic. damage by 1% (level 3)
- Guidance – increases accuracy by 1 / 3 / 5
- Bash – increases the minimum chance of passing Shock attacks by 1% / 3% / 5%
- Ambidexter – when wearing two-handed Blunts – Increases Spd. Magic by 6% / 9% / 12%. Does not work in conjunction with the Dual Blunt Mastery passive skill.
- Courage – increases PvP defense for all melee classes by 3% / 5% / 7% / 10%
- Persistence – increases paralysis resistance by 5%/10%/15%
- Strength – increases defense against attacks using bows by 2%/4%/6% and crossbows by 1%/2%/4%.
- Renewal – reduces the cooldown time of all skills by 1%/ 3% /5%
