It's possible that you are unable to see your characters in your account because you haven't logged into the game for a long time and they have been archived. To make them available again, you need to log into the game. If you don't have any characters on your account, create one. Then, in the game, type the command "
.archive" to bring up a list of archived characters that can be retrieved. After that, the characters will be accessible again in both your personal account and the game.
We also added special functionality to the client – a special "Archive" button, by clicking on which you can see and unarchive all your characters on your account that are in the archive:
If your characters have been archived, it means that you haven't logged into them in the game for quite a while (
characters are archived if they haven't been accessed for 4-5 months). Archiving characters is primarily done to relieve the server's database load and make the server's performance more efficient.
We are glad to inform you that all the items that were on your character at the time of archiving will not disappear and will remain on the character in the same state as they were at the time of archiving. The only thing that may be lost is the clan (
only if your character was a clan leader). If you find that your clan is missing after unarchiving your character, unfortunately, clan cannot be restored. Additionally, you may notice that after retrieving your character from the archive, your noble status is missing. There is no need to redo the quest, as the noble status will return to your character after the morning restart.
