Shield blocking Tyrant's skills??

Tyrant's skills cannot be blocked by Shield nor can be lowered by shield defense as written in the skills description. Sometimes I hit 1 or 0 or lower damage than normal on people using a shield. Please check it.

I was testing HURRICANE ASSAULT and I got this "shield defense success 1 damage" but I think this bug is for all skills. I repeat, the chance is low to happen but it does and it should not happen.

If u think, that all tyrant skills hit throught the shield u are not right
U have to check the description of those skills at the official sites about l2
But as i know huricane assault really ignores shield def, so i think its just a "Scryde settings" applied for better balance) When u play here u have to remember its not a NCsoft, we doing our OWN balance at this server
