I think the design of server is so that necros are worst mage class for solo players, when it is supposed to be best. Reasons:
1) Premium pet: Its so important to have 25% CD reduction on mages, every other mage can get the pet. Necro on the other side has to choose between pet or his summon because Transfer pain is not working on pet.
2) Why mana cost for Death spike was increased? It was a edge necro had over other that his nuke cost less. Now that is gone. Yes necro got some "AOE" skill, but with half power with 5 sec CD? Honestly it was better as it was previously, you kill 1 monster and explode with full power of skill instead of having its power halved. When other mages have 3 aoe Nukes, no one wants necro for aoe farm, as they prefer 1 mage with 3 aoe skills compared to 1 mage who gives 1 mass gloom, which is just 15% m.def reduction and half-assed aoe nuke. F#ck even Gladiator with AOE stun is much better in party than necro.
3) Every single buffer is better than necro at farm, like how can their nuke be so broken? It has same power as mage nuke and cast time is 2 times faster? I can never outhit any buffer on any spot to farm solo monsters. And it seems their mana cost is lower? Because they seem to never run out of mana?
4) Mana regen buff < simply is broken, If death spike mana increase made necro less able to compete against other mages, this one outright cancels Body to Mind , because its better to simply have this mana regen buff.
So I can't farm solo well because of competition with Buffers with broken nuke, AOE parties don't want necro, Catacombs are x4 M.def , whereas necropolis is normal, so Fighters farm both , but If I want to farm AA then I need to go to necropolis which is full of buffers, archers, tyrants and summoners. Why not make p.def in Necropolis x4 also so it will be mage location?
Is there any plans to change something?
