this raidboss will be like instances? like freya/tezza?/ and what drop?. wise suggestion ,make this raidbos like instances rb enter only for 2 pts (18) player its the best option for all players and small clans , no only for big clans this will be unbalance server when only 3-4 big clans kill this raidboss. Regard this ! and make this rb like instance !

This rb will be like world rb, respawn every 5h (+\-30m). For each raidboss you can get 3 shards (1 hwid limit and total 45 per day). To get it just hit raidboss and finish staying alive, so u don't need be in party/clan. 50 shards - elegia set, and 100(or 200) top weapon (i'm not sure about price on this x300, we will see it on monday, just w8 a little bit).
Or u can create destr\tyr + full buff and make top dps, all drop will be urs.

This rb will be like world rb, respawn every 5h (+\-30m). For each raidboss you can get 3 shards (1 hwid limit and total 45 per day).
