This is the site where all the balance fixes are taken SO if what its written about counter haste is false then we will have to discuss about every fix made in past based on this site.

Truth is the site is correct and nobody ever noticed the bug in my opinion.
Is there any doubt that a Bow hit = ranged attack? Guess not, right?

по оффу скил контр хаст должен вылетать на рендже до 400. на Скрайде этот лимит убран.
